Founder & President

Shashi is the Founder & President of AccTaxFin. He is professionally qualified, knowledgeable and highly experienced accountant having progressive and extensive experience of public accounting practice for more than 25 years including accounting, auditing, tax and management consulting with knowledge across multiple industries. Experience includes financial management, financial reporting, financial statements audits, reviews and compilations, sales tax, corporate tax and personal income tax. Demonstrated high success working under challenging timelines and completing multiple tasks.

Senior Associate

Philip is very knowledgeable and has a well diversified hands-on exposure of more than two decades in the accounting office and corporates. He oversees, supervises and manages overall accounting, bookkeeping and taxation – personal & corporate income taxes, GST / HST of small and medium businesses across various industries. He specializes in year end engagements, financial statements, personal & corporate taxes. He is very well conversant with various bookkeeping, accounting & tax software. He directly helps and reports to Shashi.

Komal P.

Senior Accounting Technician

Komal is a certified bookkeeper and payroll specialist. She is having hands on experience of 12 years in the accounting office. She looks after full cycle bookkeeping, GST / HST preparation & filings and payroll processing, tax remittances, ROE, WSIB etc. of small and medium businesses across various industries. She is well familiar with incorporation, business set up procedures and preparation of organizational documents. She is also engaged in preparation of personal tax returns (T1 Return) and Corporation Tax Returns (T2). 

Vaishali P.

Senior Staff Accountant

Vaishali is a certified bookkeeper and payroll specialist. She is having hands-on experience of bookkeeping and payroll for more than 14 years in the accounting office as she assisted Shashi for a long time. She looks after full cycle bookkeeping and payroll processing. She also oversees office administration, invoicing and receivables functions of office.
